Sound Control 2 is a FREE upgrade to owners of Sound Control 1.
Version 2.2.2:
- Can now choose between the sliders and octopus for the menu bar item.
- Fixed indicator colors for enabled items.
- Apps that haven’t previously been used with Sound Control now default to the “Other Apps” volume.
- Made some diagnostics available to users to aid in troubleshooting.
- No longer asks for Quit confirmation on shutdown, restart, or logout.
- Master volume now ramps smoothly after quitting Sound Control.
- Fixed a memory leak in the background agent.
- Better “My Presets” layout and behavior.
- Quitting Sound Control now disable per-app routing properly.
- Fixed problem that caused an app’s volume to slowly ramp up when Sound Control isn’t active.
